When people first find out what I do, they often laugh and say, “So, when will I get rich?”It’s a joke, but this is one question I hear in my consultations: “How do I get richer? How do I land the next promotion?”

My answer is the 3-A Formula: Awareness, Alignment, and Action.

Awareness would be knowing where you naturally shine. This often means you have an understanding of your family background, birth chart, personality, and deepest desires. When you can see where you will do well, you stop chasing the wrong battles.

Alignment is choosing the game that’s right for you. Ask yourself: What feels like fun to me, but like work to others? Focus on these things because this will put you ahead of people.

Action is where the magic happens. Play hard, because talent alone won’t get you there. I’ve seen people with all the right conditions miss their chances because they have awareness and alignment. One final reminder here: if you can’t win by being the best, win by being different.
